Top Colors

I’ve been narrowing down what I want to put on the torch for the holidays. Here’s where my top five landed:

1. Electrum — My #1. The glass color takes its name from the gold and silver alloy, and it’s the color that kicked off the Sovereign Series on my return in January after a break from glass.
2. Neptunium — The one I keep coming back to when I want a piece with an ocean feel.
3. Obsidian — I’m saving this one for a small Black Friday drop.
4. Rust — I like having an earthy color in the mix, especially this time of year.
5. Argent Green — Fifth on my list, but first did a small poll in the FB group of my Top 9. Asking which to focus on for Xmas and insights to fav colors of the group.

I’m aiming for a couple of smaller pieces in each color as the season rolls along. I’m still deciding which colors to spend the most torch time on for Christmas.

A few years back I had an idea I called the Kraken Halving. The idea was to cut how many Krakens I make in half each year. This year I’ve been making one a month. In 2027, I’m planning on one every other month. I want each Kraken to feel like a rarer find, and I want more room at the torch for pocket pieces, collabs, and ideas I haven’t had time to try yet.
